These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the YAMA website and all reservations and stays at YAMA Villa.
Nature of Booking
YAMA is a private, exclusive-use estate — not a hotel with individually bookable rooms. A confirmed reservation grants the guest exclusive use of the entire villa, including all four signature suites, common areas, pool, and grounds, for the duration of the stay, subject to the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking (up to 20 guests). Bookings are accepted only for the full estate. Partial or per-room bookings are not offered.
Reservations & Payment
- Reservations may be made via WhatsApp (+91 8619900663), email (reservations@yamavilla.in), or through the Site, and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
- Rates are quoted for the complete stay as communicated at the time of booking and are subject to applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any reservation at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or failure to meet payment terms.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to reservations@yamavilla.in.
- Approved refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment within 10 working days of receiving the written cancellation request. The time taken for funds to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
- No-shows and early departures are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
- YAMA reserves the right to cancel a confirmed booking due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (see the Force Majeure section below), in which case a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests at check-in, in compliance with local regulations.
Guest Conduct & Occupancy
- The total number of guests, including children, must not exceed the maximum occupancy confirmed at the time of booking. Any undisclosed additional guests may result in denied entry or additional charges.
- The primary guest making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of all members of their party and any visitors they invite onto the property.
- YAMA reserves the right to refuse entry, or to require any guest to leave the property without refund, in cases of behaviour that endangers the safety, property, or peaceful enjoyment of other guests, staff, or neighbours.
- Outside visitors are not permitted on the property without prior written approval from YAMA.
Damage
- Guests are financially responsible for any loss, breakage, or damage to the villa, its furnishings, fixtures, or grounds caused during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.
- YAMA reserves the right to deduct the cost of repair directly from the guest.
Events & Celebrations
- YAMA welcomes private celebrations, intimate weddings, family gatherings, and corporate retreats, subject to prior written approval and any applicable event fees.
- Any event involving external vendors, décor, catering, music, or entertainment must be disclosed and approved by YAMA in advance.
- Amplified music and outdoor events are subject to local noise regulations and permitted hours; YAMA reserves the right to moderate sound levels at any time.
- Additional cleaning, staffing, or venue charges may apply for hosted events and will be communicated prior to confirmation.
Pool, Health & Safety
- Use of the pool and other recreational amenities is at the guest's own risk. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times near water bodies.
- YAMA is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies arising from the use of villa amenities, except where caused by our proven negligence.
- Guests with medical conditions, allergies, or specific dietary requirements should inform us in advance so we can make reasonable arrangements.
- There is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool entirely at their own risk.
Pets
Pets are welcome at YAMA on prior approval only. Guests travelling with pets must inform YAMA at the time of booking. Guests remain fully responsible for their pet's behaviour and for any damage caused.
Force Majeure
YAMA shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, we will work with affected guests on rescheduling or an appropriate refund.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YAMA, its owners, staff, and affiliates ("Affiliated Parties") from any liability, loss, claim, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site or the property.
Disclaimer
The information and services on this Site may contain errors or limitations. YAMA and its Affiliated Parties make no warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or your stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law. No information obtained from this Site creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
Use of Website & Content
All content on this Site — including text, images, videos, and the YAMA name and logo — is the property of YAMA and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Your right to access and use this Site is personal and non-transferable.
Links to Other Websites
This Site may contain links to third-party websites (including payment gateways or social platforms). YAMA is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
Privacy
Any personal information you share with us through this Site or during the reservation process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your stay at YAMA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our policies or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated: 10 July 2026. Continued use of the Site or a booking made after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
